The actions of our association are carried out in Luxembourg and beyond its borders, in developing countries of Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

In the Grand Duchy, the Chaîne de l'Espoir Luxembourg takes care of children who benefit from pediatric surgery, post-operative follow-up and care for several weeks or even months if their condition requires it. At the same time, our NGDO informs and educates the general public and the Luxembourg school public about the health and medical precariousness of children from developing countries.

Abroad, the Chaîne de l'Espoir Luxembourg conducts pediatric surgery and training missions for local medical personnel several times a year, and helps equip its partner hospitals.
