MAKE A LEGACY OR A DONATION
The bequest is a donation made by will which allows you to transfer all or part of your property to La Chaîne de l'Espoir Luxembourg, depending on your family situation. Your will can be changed or canceled at any time and will not take effect until your death.
Passing on part of their assets during their lifetime, whether financial, real estate or made up of other values (works of art, cars, jewelry, etc.) allows you to monitor their allocation and to concretely measure the benefit they are going to bring to children. Depending on the nature of the property being donated, it will be manual or notarized.
Whether you make a bequest or a donation, you can choose the destination of the support you provide from the range of actions of Chaîne de l'Espoir Luxembourg. You can thus determine the type of surgery, mission, even country or even participate in the equipment of our partner hospitals, finance the training of doctors and surgeons with whom we work abroad, etc.
HONORING THE MEMORY OF A LOVED ONE
In mourning for a loved one, you would like to pay tribute to him by supporting a cause close to his heart: to offer specialized medical care to children from underprivileged countries.
By specifying on the announcement the purpose of the funeral collection, the donations collected by the Chaîne de l'Espoir Luxembourg will enable this final gesture of solidarity to be achieved.

Do you want to occasionally devote a little of your time to the cause of children? Our NGO regularly organizes activities, the preparation of which calls for all the goodwill.

PARTICIPATE IN OUR MISSIONS
Join our medical teams made up of surgeons, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, ENT specialists, radiologists, physiotherapists and volunteer instrumentalists. The CDEL assumes all costs during the missions abroad (flight, accommodation package, meals, insurance) and provides logistical support from our office.

The CDEL teams will be happy to combine their talents with yours to help children!
BECOME A HOST FAMILY
Each year, we welcome in Luxembourg children met by our medical teams during our missions abroad but who could not be operated on due to lack of adequate infrastructure on site. These children then come to Luxembourg without their parents for treatment. After the surgery, they stay with a host family during their convalescence (on average 6 to 8 weeks).
Taking care of this child during and after his stay in hospital, securing him and surrounding him with benevolence in order to allow him to heal in the best conditions are the missions which make the host family an essential actor in the chain of solidarity that we form. It is also a great human adventure (see the testimonies of the host families listed on this site and in our newsletters) which implies adhering to the values and commitments included in the charter that interested families can find below.
SCHOOLS
Organizing a fundraiser, a raffle, a race or any activity for the benefit of sick children are all possibilities to actively support our action.
Moreover, as a Non-Governmental Development Organization (NGDO), the Chaîne de l'Espoir Luxembourg wishes to sensitize the general public, and more particularly the school public, to the inequalities existing between the North and the South in access for children.
COMPANIES
Joining a partnership with the Chaîne de l'Espoir Luxembourg means making a lasting contribution to providing a future for sick children.
A project defined according to your objectives followed by regularly communicated information on its progress allows your company to measure the effectiveness of its support. CLU BS AND ASSOCIATIONS
Whatever the purpose of your club or association, the cause of sick children is sure to speak to your members. Since its creation, the Chaîne de l'Espoir Luxembourg has been happy to be able to count on the dynamism and solidarity of numerous circles and associations spread across the country, even beyond its borders.

Charity dinners, auctions, artisanal product markets, sporting events, etc. provide the opportunity to raise funds which will then finance medical care for children.
